As Vibe Digital Media, in the capacity of data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), we have prepared this disclosure text to inform you about the processing of your personal data.

Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes stated above, to: • Public institutions and organizations within the scope of our legal obligations • Our business partners from whom we receive services (hosting, email, analytics services) • Advertising platforms such as Google and Meta Transfers are made within the framework of Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK.
6. Data Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for as long as the processing purpose requires and within legal retention periods. When the processing purpose ceases and legal retention periods expire, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
7. Your Rights Under KVKK
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the following rights: a) To learn whether your personal data is being processed b) To request information about processing if your personal data has been processed c) To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose d) To know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad e) To request correction if your personal data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately f) To request deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions provided in Article 7 of KVKK g) To request that correction and deletion operations be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred h) To object to any adverse result arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems i) To claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data
